Good Morning Berlin

It was a long night, but eventually all the kids and most of the adults slept at least a little. The plane didn't have as many amenities as we were hoping and the seating was messed up, but we made it work. We all arrived safe and sound.


Another problem for our group was with Jody's house. The house was supposed to be ready for us when we arrived. However, Erik received word before we left New York that the house would not be ready until around 7/1. Until then Erik's work will put them in a hotel. So that is where we headed after the airport, the Movenpick.


But even that had complications. The room wasn't available when we arrived at around noon. So we had to go somewhere to eat and wait for a few hours. Alicia and I picked the spaetzel.
