Sam's Baptism

Today was Samuel Hansen's baptism and we were so happy to be there!  It took driving through the night, but it was worth it.  Sam did a great job and we are very proud of him for making the decision to be baptized.  It is a great step and will help him throughout his life.

After the baptism we took pictures in front of the church and then went over to Jody and Erik's house for some great food and company.

Of course, it would have been nice to have left on time so it could have been a less stressful journey, but I have had garden issues all week.  So, to make a long story short, it was my fault.  One of these days I'll learn.  The problem is my parents have said this to me my whole life.  How many days more is this thing going to take?
